Our Specialism

Fancy colours are at the very heart of what Eurogems does. We specialise particularly in yellow, champagne, pink, and blue diamonds, selected for the qualities that matter most in a coloured stone: the strength and evenness of the hue, the way the colour holds across the stone, and the brilliance that brings it to life. Whether you need a single statement stone or a coordinated selection, we can source to your specification.

Rarity, Properly Judged

Only a fraction of diamonds carry colour worth the name. We know the difference between a stone that merely has colour and one whose colour truly performs — and we buy accordingly.

Selected by Eye

Colour grading sets the baseline, but two stones with the same grade can differ markedly in beauty. Every fancy colour we offer is chosen in the hand, not just on paper.

Explore expert answers to your top questions about coloured diamond origins, valuation, and buying tips.

What gives a fancy coloured diamond its colour?

Trace elements and structural features formed over millions of years-nitrogen lends yellow, for example, while the rarer blues arise from boron. What matters commercially is the strength and evenness of the result.

What determines a coloured diamond’s value?

Above all, the colur – its hue, intensity, and how wvenly it holds across the stone – alongside the usual considerations of cut, clarity, and carat. Intensity and rarity of colour move value far more than they do in colourless stones.

Are your colured diamonds certified?

Where a stone is certified, it is independently verified by GIA or IGI. Not every stone carried a certificate – for maller stones it is not always economic – but every stone is assessed by our own eye before we offer it.

Can you source a specific colour or size?

Yes, Much of the finest coloured stock never reaches the open market. Tell us your specification and we will source against it through the trade.
